We are located in Northwest Oklahoma City near the intersection of NW Expressway and Rockwell. Drop-offs are by appointment only — book online and we will text you the exact address and detailed instructions before you arrive.

We are open daily from 10am to 7pm, including weekends. Drop-offs and on-site visits are by appointment only, so please book through our online scheduling portal or call/text us at 405-245-1607 to set up a time.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit and debit cards through PayPal, direct PayPal payments, native Solana (SOL) on the Solana blockchain, and native Aptos (APT) on the Aptos blockchain. We do not accept stablecoins (like USDC or USDT) or other cryptocurrencies — only native Solana and native Aptos. PayPal card payments do not require a PayPal account.

Book your drop-off appointment online for free through our scheduling portal. We will text you the address and instructions. When you arrive, simply text "I'm Here" and our tech will come out to you curbside to collect your PC. Same or next day turnaround is common, and we will text you when your repair is complete and ready for pickup.

Our standard $99 drop-off service strictly covers Windows 10 and 11 software, diagnostics, and standard internal part swaps. We do not service Apple products, mobile devices, or gaming consoles. We also do not perform structural repairs, glass replacement, or micro-soldering on motherboards. Gaming desktops are handled through our dedicated $165 Gaming PC Drop Off service.

Same or next day turnaround is common for standard software diagnostics and drop-offs. Note: If your machine requires a new hardware component to be ordered, that part must be paid for by the customer in advance, and the repair timeline will be extended to account for shipping. For on-site visits, we require 24-hour advance notice.

Yes. Our on-site small business service is $165 for the first 2 hours, then $50 per hour after that, with a $50 non-refundable travel fee. We support Windows PCs, laptops, desktops, workstations, small office Wi-Fi and printers, small wireless networks, backups, and troubleshooting common software and system errors. We do not offer server setup, LAN cabling, or enterprise-level network services — we focus on small home and office wireless networks. 24-hour advance notice is required for on-site visits.

Yes, we provide on-site IT support and PC repair to Edmond and the greater Oklahoma City metro area, including Norman, Moore, Yukon, Warr Acres, and Bethany. Our residential on-site service ($150 for the first 2 hours) and small business on-site service ($165 for the first 2 hours) both cover the OKC metro. Drop-off appointments are available at our location near NW Expressway and Rockwell in Northwest Oklahoma City.
